For over two decades, Powerhouse has been Derby’s go-to garage for quality vehicle servicing, MOT testing, and specialist motorhome care. We have grown into a trusted family business serving drivers across the region.
Founded in 2002 by Brian, a Master Technician who left Toyota to become his own boss, Powerhouse was built on a simple principle: treat every customer with honesty and respect. Today, that same commitment drives everything we do, from routine servicing to complex motorhome repairs.

Our five fully employed technicians are all apprentice-trained, with Brian as a Master Technician leading the workshop. Two of our technicians are qualified MOT testers and QC certified, ensuring every job meets the highest standards.

As a family-run business, we understand the importance of trust and personal service. Brian’s wife Dawn brings over 20 years of motor trade experience in various roles, whilst our receptionist ensures every customer receives excellent service from the moment they contact us.
